We are thrilled to announce that the long-awaited integration of Eufy cameras with the Cove Connect app is now live!

You can now view your Eufy camera footage directly within the Cove Connect app, making it easier than ever to keep an eye on what matters most. This update brings all your security needs into one convenient place.

Some of the features available in the Eufy app are not yet available in the Cove Connect app today. Please check the following list of unavailable features before deciding if transferring your Eufy cameras to the Cove Connect app is right for you.

Currently Unavailable Features

To help you get started, we’ve outlined the steps below to transfer your Eufy cameras to the Cove Connect app:

Instructions:

1. Download or Backup Important Video Clips Before transferring your camera, please download or back up any important video clips from the Eufy app that you’d like to save.

2. Remove Your Eufy Camera from the Eufy Security App Each camera can only be connected to one app or the other. Open the Eufy Security App and follow the instructions to remove your camera.

3. Reset Your Eufy Camera Press and hold the “sync” button on your Eufy camera for 15 seconds to reset it.

4. Update the Cove Connect App Ensure you have the latest version of the Cove Connect app by updating it via the App Store or Google Play Store. If you're experiencing any issues, you might consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

5. Add Your Eufy Camera(s) to the Cove Connect App Follow the steps below to pair your camera:
