Thank you for being a valued member of the Cove family.
Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, Cove is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and has taken the following precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of our customers and associates:
24/7 Professional Monitoring
Our six UL-listed Monitoring Centers are located throughout the United States and have backup capabilities in place to respond to alarms 24/7 as usual. You can rest assured we are here to serve you in your time of need.
Customer Support
Our two Customer Support call centers are also geographically dispersed and able to continue to provide you with world-class service support. We recently expanded to 24/7 service for customer support and plan to continue to offer those hours at this time. We have invested in technologies that allow our Customer Support associates to work from home and will be doing so as much as possible to do our part to protect each other and our fellow citizens.
Special Circumstances
It your financial situation is affected by this pandemic and you are unable to pay your bill, please contact us at 855-268-3669 and we will work with you to create a plan to keep your Cove service in place during this difficult time. We want you to continue to have the protection and peace of mind that come from having your Cove system.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers, associates, and communities as needs arise. I think we will all be amazed at how we Americans support each other in difficult times.
